Shipping Information

Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. 

Orders are shipped within the processing timeframe listed in the banner above.

No exchanges or refunds permitted except for damaged or defective items. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with proof the item is damaged or defective.

When your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number by the email provided at the time of purchase. Please be sure to check your address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. 

When your item shows it was delivered, we are not liable for the product not being received. Please be sure you are shipping your items to a secure location. We offer insurance on all packages. USPS can take up to 5 months to complete an investigation and provide refund.
